Number of unit in statistics

Hello,

I've checked my statistics today, and I see that only one unit is in the list.
But I have to units. One at work and one on my personal computer.

I need to do something to update this list ??

Thanks for your answers !

Have a good evening

Re: Number of unit in statistics

I assume you are referring to My Grid > My Statistics > Device Statistics

On the top of this page are two dropdown boxes that can be used to filter what devices should be shown. By default these are set to

Installed/Registered Device: in the last 7 days
or With Result(s) Returned: in the last 14 days

If one of your devices doesn't meet these criteria it won't show. You can easily show all devices by setting both dropdowns to Anytime.

Re: Number of unit in statistics

And do not forget that returned WUs appear in your statistics only when they have been validated. Maybe you have a few "Pending validation" in your Results Status page ?

Cheers. Jean.
